When you stop to appreciate a piece of furniture or a handmade mug that just makes you pause and think, “Wow, this is beautiful”? That’s the magic of applied arts. I thought it would be fun to share a bit about what they are and why they’ve become such a big part of my life, and why I think you might love them too!

Applied arts are all about designing and creating everyday things that aren’t just useful but also beautiful. It’s like taking the practical stuff we need and giving it a little extra love and flair.
